Arthur Rutenberg Homes available for Brow and Brow View lots.

The Brow Wood development team believes that the process from home site selection to home completion should be a positive experience for our residents. Our builders are dedicated to that same end.

Brow Wood has been designed as master-planned community with oversight to ensure that construction of all community features and individual residences meet Brow Wood’s Architectural Guidelines and Declaration of Covenants & Restrictions.

Custom homes built on Brow lots must be between 2,400 and 3,600 square feet with a minimum of 1,800 square feet on the first floor. Homes built on Brow View lots must be between 1,600 and 2,800 square feet with a minimum of 1,600 square feet on the first floor.

Arthur Rutenberg Homes is Brow Wood’s Preferred Builder, but property owners may request to use their own custom builder. Any builder at Brow Wood must meet the communities Builder Qualifications. All proposed construction will be evaluated by a design review committee to maintain high aesthetic standards and durability. 

Reasonable agreements regarding design and construction of individual residences will enhance the value of all properties, for generations to come.
